Refund Policy

1. Your Rights Under the CPA

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the CPA or any other applicable law. Where a provision conflicts with a non-excludable CPA right, the CPA right prevails.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a Product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the Product to be collected, replaced, or refunded at no cost to you, provided the Product has not been misused.

3. Chemical Products — Safety and Hygiene

Due to the nature of our Products (chemical solutions), we do not accept returns of Products that have been opened, used, or partially used, except where the Product is defective. Unopened Products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery in line with this policy.

4. Cooling-Off (Direct Marketing)

Where an order is placed as a result of direct marketing, you may cancel the transaction within 7 business days of delivery in accordance with the CPA, and receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding the delivery fee). The Product must be returned unopened and in its original packaging.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a return or refund, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return or refund
• Photos of the Product where applicable

We will respond within 3 business days with the next steps.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of the returned Product being received and inspected. Refunds are issued in South African Rand (ZAR).

7. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used chemical Products (unless defective)
• Products returned outside the 7-day window without prior agreement
• Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect storage
