Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa. Same-day delivery is limited to selected areas within Cape Town; next-day delivery is available to all major centres nationally. If we cannot deliver to your area, we will notify you and offer a refund where applicable.

2. Delivery Options and Fees

• Next-day delivery (R50): Orders delivered the following business day.
• Same-day delivery (R100): Orders delivered the same day, subject to order cut-off times and location eligibility.

The delivery fee is calculated at checkout and added to your order total.

3. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Same-day orders placed after the daily cut-off will be delivered the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates. While we make every effort to meet them, delays may occur due to weather, courier availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delayed deliveries where we have used reasonable efforts to dispatch on time.

5. Receiving Your Order

Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the address provided. Where a signature is required, the courier may not leave the parcel unattended. Please ensure your contact details are correct so we can coordinate delivery.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout. Additional redelivery fees may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (where applicable). We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
