1. Definitions

• Products means the chemical solutions and combo packs listed for sale on our website.
• Order means a request to purchase Products submitted through our website.
• Consumer has the meaning given in the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 ("CPA").

2. Placing an Order

An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation and, where payment is made online, once payment has been successfully processed by our payment provider.

You must provide accurate and complete delivery and contact information when placing an order. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by you.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the time your order is placed will apply to that order.

Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. Until your payment is confirmed, your order remains pending and is not reserved. We may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available within South Africa. We offer next-day delivery (R50) and same-day delivery (R100) depending on your location and the option selected at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery.

5. Product Information and Safety

Our Products are home-formulated chemical solutions. We take care to ensure product descriptions, pH levels, concentrations, and safety data are accurate, but you should always read the label and safety data before use.

Products must be used strictly in accordance with the application and storage instructions provided. Chemvenience is not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse, incorrect storage, or failure to follow safety guidance.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy and, where applicable, the CPA. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligibility and the returns process.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chemvenience shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Products giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Chemvenience and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page with the updated effective date will apply to orders placed after that date.
